Every lot is unique. That’s why we offer complimentary technical lot consultations to evaluate potential homesites, identify variable costs, and determine the best plan and positioning for your future home. Starting with the right foundation ensures clarity and confidence from day one.
Your home should reflect your vision and lifestyle. Whether you design your plan with our Architect Designer, bring your own plans, select from our portfolio, we create a flexible and collaborative design experience. Throughout the process, we ensure compliance with community Architectural Review Board requirements while protecting the integrity of your vision.
Selecting finishes should feel fun and inspiring — not stressful. We connect you with our trusted Design Team that includes visiting our Design Studio as well as local showrooms. From cabinetry and lighting to exterior materials and trim, we support your vision before construction begins and throughout the build process.
Transparency is key. We can price your home two ways, an all-in price or a cost-plus contract so you can make informed decisions with confidence. Whether you choose a Cost Plus or Fixed Price contract, we tailor the pricing structure to align with your goals, timeline, and comfort level.
We build with craftsmanship, comfort, and innovation at the forefront. Using premium materials and industry’s best practices, our team delivers exceptional quality at every stage. You’ll stay informed through key milestone “Touch Point” meetings — from Pre-Construction, Electrical Walks, Tile Walks and Pre-Closing — ensuring clarity, accountability, and peace of mind throughout the build.
Before closing, we conduct a comprehensive Home Orientation to review features, warranties, and maintenance details. Once approved, you’ll receive your Certificate of Occupancy and move forward to closing with confidence and excitement.
Our relationship doesn’t end at closing. We provide a 60-day follow-up and an 11-month warranty walkthrough to address any warrantable items as your home settles.
To schedule service, simply complete the forms included in your warranty manual (online submission forms coming soon) and submit them to request a visit. Once received, our team will coordinate with you to address any covered items promptly and professionally.
