We stand behind the quality of every home we build by providing a comprehensive one-year builder warranty on every new build. This warranty is designed to give homeowners peace of mind while allowing time for your home to naturally adjust through seasonal changes and everyday living.
Your one-year builder warranty covers workmanship and materials throughout your home. In addition to our one-year warranty, you will own manufacturer warranties provided on many of the products and systems installed in your home, which may include:
These manufacturer warranties provide extended protection directly from the product providers, while our team remains your trusted partner to help guide you through the process if questions arise.
We believe exceptional customer service means being proactive, not reactive. That’s why we offer structured follow-up service responses during your first year of homeownership:
After you’ve had time to live in your home, we offer a service response with a member of our Customer Service or Building team to review any adjustments or items that may have surfaced as you settle in. This allows us to address minor concerns early and ensure everything is performing as expected. Just complete our standard 60-Day Inspection Warranty Service Request form and forward to the appropriate email.
Near the end of your warranty period, after your home has acclimated to a full heating and cooling cycle, we offer another service response meeting with a member of our Customer Service or Building team. This inspection gives homeowners the opportunity to identify any warranty-covered items before the one-year warranty concludes. Just complete our standard 11-Month Inspection Warranty Service Request form and forward to the appropriate email.
As an approved builder participating in the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (HBW) program, we also offer the option to add extended warranty protection to your home. This coverage can be included in the cost of your home and provides two years of warranty coverage for plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, along with ten years of protection against qualified structural defects.
This warranty is fully insured and automatically transferable should you sell your home within the first ten years after the original purchase, offering added peace of mind and additional value to your home.
